PRIVATE EVENTS & CATERING

The Hofbrauhaus is dedicated to customizing each event to our guest's needs and expectations.  One of our four dining rooms is perfect for any size event up to 150 guests (sit down), for whatever your needs may be.  We can also cater any size or type of event.  

The following menus can be used for both private events and catering.  Please call Melissa to inquire about pricing or for more information.

Stationary Appetizer Platters & Stations

Vegetable Basket with seasonal vegetables and dip
Fruit Basket, cut finger size and served with raspberry-poppyseed dip
Selection of International Cheeses 

European Antipasto - Genoa salami, Westfalian ham, provolone cheese, marinated mushrooms, herb infused olives, hardboiled eggs, with anchovies, marinated artichokes, roasted peppers, and old world crackers

Praline Baked Brie - A 1 kilo brie covered with praline and wrapped in a broche dough, served with crackers and fresh fruit

Smoked Fish Display - Smoked trout, smoked salmon, and smoked mussels served with capers, lemon, mustard dill sauce, horseradish sauce, and Rubschlager bread

Pasta Station - your choice of two pastas and two sauces. Chef prepared to order for your guests. (minimum of 30 guests)

Seafood Raw Bar - jumbo shrimp, marinated mussels, oysters, and clams on the half shell, served with homemade cocktail sauce

Huntsman Platter - roast peppered tenderloin, sliced turkey breast, and grilled breast of duck served with tarragon mayonnaise, apricot chutney, and French bread

Carving Station - roast peppered tenderloin, honey glazed ham, roast pork, herb infused lamb, roast turkey, or smoked breast of turkey served with a host of sauces & breads or rolls. 

Dinner Buffet

Included with all buffets:

Tossed Salad, Red Bliss Potato salad, Pasta Salad, Fresh Fruit Salad, Fresh Vegetables, Rice Pilaf or Potato,  Rolls, Chocolate Mousse, Coffee & Tea and your choice of three entrees.  

Luncheon Buffet includes choice of TWO entrees.

Bavarian Dinner Buffet

Included with all buffets:

Tossed Salad, German Potato Salad, Cucumber Salad, Fresh Rolls, Choice of starch, Choice of vegetable, Apple Strudel with whipped cream, Coffee & Tea, and your choice of three entrees.

Luncheon Buffet includes choice of TWO entrees.

BRUNCH BUFFETS

Our Sunday Brunch Buffet runs from Thanksgiving to Father's Day.  A private event can be held during the Sunday Brunch in a private room and guests can eat off the Sunday Buffet.  If you are looking to book a Brunch on a Saturday morning or a Sunday when the Sunday Brunch is not available, please call for a Brunch Menu.
