sauteed in a cranberry sauce with a touch of Pernod over egg noodles with vegetables

Yellow Fin Tuna
pan-blackened Cajun style, topped with bruschetta tomatoes and asparagus

Game Sausage Platter
our own venison, rabbit, and duck sausage platter with mashed red potatoes and weinkraut
